Fantastic last-minute service getting me in the day before I had to take a trip in my old truck in the peak heat of summer. I had asked them to service the A/C and check the steering and suspension and see whatever else it might need.
My A/C had never worked well. I had had the dealer check it when it was new, and they said that was as cold as it could get with modern refrigerants. Of course I took the official Toyota dealer service department at their word, and spent a lot of years commuting with just-barely cool air conditioning in hot inland San Diego County summers.
25 years later, B & D fixed it so that now I finally have endless super cold A/C blasting from my dash vents (!)
Turns out I also needed some some new struts, and a new O2 sensor, an oil change, and to make the automatic transmission fluid the right level after a quickie oil change chain outlet had overfilled it. Everything else checked out good, my truck drives much better, and my trip was -so- much more comfortable, and I didn't have to arrive all hot and bothered to an appointment in another city. YEA B & D Bear!!
